We kicked off our student council elections today with a special visit from Margaret and Vanessa from the Santa Fe County Clerk's Office! 🎉
They spoke with our 3rd–6th grade students about why voting matters, how the process works, and the importance of making your voice heard. Students had the chance to participate, answer questions, and even take home some fun giveaways.
Margaret and Vanessa also brought coloring pages, crayons, voting stickers, and buttons for our upcoming student council election—so our Trailblazers will get the full voting experience! 🗳️✨
They also shared that this election season, students can participate in Kids Voting at two local polling locations, where they’ll practice using a ballot and submitting their vote.
✅ Check out the flyers below for more information on Kids Voting poll locations and how to vote for this year’s “I Voted” stickers!
